Training and Implementation Services
Initial and continuing training is essential to your satisfaction with our products and helping you meet your business goals. Implementation follows a defined curriculum to be covered. Training agendas are provided outlining the topics to be covered, who is to be trained, the training method to be employed, and the associated timeframes. Client Support Services

Monday through Friday  7AM MST through 6PM MST.

2010 Holidays
PrimaryData will be closed the following holidays in 2010.  Those clients with extended support will be able to place support requests for urgent only issues during these days.

Remote Support
Our remote support connectivity tool provides a secure connection and is a valuable collaboration tool for support and your practice.   When you have a system issue that requires support our support technicians, with your permission, can use our remote access connectivity to securely work with your system. This tool provides fast, easy and secure remote-support services, resulting in a superior support experience.

Data Conversion and Integration Services
